The KOP mall has one unique place to eat that's not your typical mall food. Mistral, the second location for the New Jersey Mediterranean farm-to-table restaurant.
Mistral is fastened right beneath the Grand Luxe Cafe with outdoor seating right next to Neiman Marcus. Floor to ceiling windows, sunlight pours into the space and the Mediterranean colors are glistening. Chef Ryan Corbin is Chef De Cuisine, Chef Allen Lattany, Sous Chef and Chef Chris Boyce is leaving soon to be head chef at their new location called Aether opening up in Fishtown.
All of them creating rotational, seasonal local fare. Their philosophy? Food is always better when you can share, Mistral serves small plates and focuses on fresh, vibrant ingredients.
